Returns & Refunds Policy

I strive to ensure that every artwork meets the highest standards of quality. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please review the return and refund policy below:

🔹 Returns & Exchanges: As each piece is made to order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will arrange for a replacement or provide a suitable solution.

🔹 Custom Orders: Customized prints (including specific sizes, materials, or framing requests) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to an error on my part.

🔹 Refunds: If a refund is approved due to damage or other exceptional circumstances, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
